HEAVENLY HEARTS has introduced its on-line Chat Service in order to make it possible for both our male and female clients to converse with each other in an expedited way. At present we are introducing Stage 1 of our comprehensive Chat Service – ‘Word Chat’. HEAVENLY HEARTS’ Word Chat enables two people to converse with each other by typing messages and having those messages sent to the other person almost simultaneously via a Personalized Chat Session.

In order to access and use HEAVENLYHEARTS’ NEW Chat Service, you will require:

• an Upgraded level of HEAVENLY HEARTS Membership that includes the “Chat Service” i.e. 4 Star Membership or a direct subscription to one of our Chat Session options.
• a Personal Profile Page with your picture and general details about yourself – Ladies like to see who they're talking with.

Members may upgrade their Membership Status by clicking on the below [Upgrade my Membership Status] button. Alternatively, further information can be obtained on Membership – including Chat Service – by clicking on the [Membership Info] button also located below. Male Members can submit their Profile by clicking on the [Post your Profile] button below.

Once a Member has upgraded his Membership Status to enable the Chat Service, he needs to follow the following steps to commence Chatting with our Heavenly Hearts ladies.

HEAVENLY HEARTS Chat can be accessed in one of two ways.

1. Via the General Site Log-in: Main Menu>Log-in> Log-in
   Logging-on here will give you access to HEAVENLYHEARTS web site facilities. You will need to go to the Ladies’ Chat Gallery via the Main Menu buttons in order to commence a Chat Session.
2. Via the Chat Service Log-on: Main Menu>Chat>Chat Log-on (Men)
   Logging-on here and following the on-screen prompts will take you to the Ladies’ Chat Gallery where you can commence a Chat Session.

NB. If you aren’t already a registered Member or an Upgraded Chat Member, you will not be able to use the service until you are registered and have upgraded your Membership Status.

Using the following methodology will allow you to Disable your computer’s Pop-up Blocker Settings or modify them accordingly.

Internet Explorer browser
On the Internet Explorer Menu go to Tools>Pop-up Blocker> Pop-up Blocker Settings.
On the Pop-up Blocker Settings page you are given the option of allowing pop-up windows to be displayed from certain web sites that you personally nominate. You need to include HEAVENLY HEARTS web site (www.heavenlyhearts.com.au) on this list.
Here’s how:
In the box underneath the heading “Address of Web site to allow:” type in: www.heavenlyhearts.com.au
Next click the [Add] button adjacent to this box. Next click [Close].

Firefox browser
On the Firefox Menu go to Tools>Options. Check to see if there is a tick in the box adjacent to “Block pop-up windows”. If it is unchecked, leave it as is and exit.
If the box is checked (there’s a tick in it), click the button [Exceptions] adjacent to these words. You will then be taken to an “Allowed Sites – Popups” page. On this page and in the box entitled “Address of web site” put the address: www.heavenlyhearts.com.au. Next click [Close].

You will now allow HEAVENLY HEARTS pop-up windows to be displayed on your screen.

Please note that if you have independently downloaded toolbars from sites such as Yahoo and Google, you will possibly need to disable the Pop-up Blocker Settings on these toolbars (please refer to these toolbars’ “options” section in order for you to modify them).
