Registration

Once you have completed and submitted your Affiliate Registration Form, you will be sent an email message from us confirming your registration and giving you further details on your Affiliate Status. You should ensure that you keep this information on record so that you can refer to it at some later date, if necessary.

Log-in & Password

What you will receive from us once you have registered are your log-in and password details (which you yourself create when you register). In order to log-in to your Personal Affiliation Account you need go to the Affiliate Log-in address which will also be included in the confirmation email you’ll receive once you have successfully registered. Once you have logged-in you will be able to access your account details as well as use the interactive facilities contained therein to upload banners/links, receive news updates, access data etc.

Prominent Placing of Affiliate Banners/Links

Whenever you log-in to your Affiliate Account, you will be recognized as a unique and individual user. When you undertake to place our banner/links on your site, you will first need to go to the ‘Banners Linking Code’ page located within the Affiliate Admin area. On this page you will find a vast array of banners & links from which to choose. Simply select the HEAVENLY HEARTS banner you feel best suits your site then copy the banner's HTML code onto your computer’s clipboard. Next, just insert the banner code into the web site HTML code where the banner is to be placed. Then when a web site visitor clicks on this banner, they will be redirected to the HEAVENLY HEARTS web site and when they make a purchase, you make $$$. Don’t forget the bigger the banner and the more prominently it is placed on your web site, the more commission revenue you are likely to receive!

Unique Affiliate URL Coding

Whenever you log-in to your account (as a unique user) our state-of–the–art programming system automatically generates a unique Affiliate URL Code for each and every single banner or text link you create. Thus, when a visitor to your site clicks on one of our banners and is redirected towards HEAVENLY HEARTS, the PHP script in our advanced system stores the information about this referred visitor via cookies. Next, when this referred visitor makes a purchase, the aforesaid PHP script calls to the unique Affiliate URL Code in order to store the transaction record for you as the Affiliate responsible for the customer/client referral and subsequent sale. Once each transaction becomes recorded in your Personal Affiliate Account, our system calculates the commission amount you are entitled to as Affiliate responsible for each respective sale. This amount plus amount viewing options are recorded in a specially marked folder in your Affiliate Account. This folder and account can be accessed by you at any time.

Payment will be sent to you at an agreed time and to an agreed destination on a regular basis. Paypal is one of our preferred payment transfer methods. We, of course, are happy to negotiate payment options with any registered Affiliate.

Becoming a Tiered Affiliate

Tiered Affiliation is practically the same as General Affiliation in terms of how the PHP script acts to store information about a referred visitor. When an established Affiliate agrees to also become a HEAVENLY HEARTS Tiered Affiliate, this is recorded in the system. When a Tiered Affiliate refers a webmaster who in turns generates sales from redirected traffic, this information becomes stored in our system and the programme logic calculates the commissions of your referred Affiliate; then calculates your 5% commission of that sum.
