All entrants will have their entry details published on our HEAVENLY HEARTS Network Web Sites, including related pictures and text. No personal details of entrants will be published. All entrants will be identified on a first name basis only.

All entrants are required to be registered members of HEAVENLY HEARTS and a couple who are involved in a genuine, on-going heterosexual relationship with one another. Entrants must have been introduced to each other via any one of the services provided by one of the many HEAVENLY HEARTS Network Web Sites. Entrants need not be legally married in order to enter. Entrants must enter as a couple.

Entrants must provide proof of their relationship via pictures and other supportive evidence.

Entrants must provide legitimate personal details and be able to prove their identity with supportive data. Those who register under a bogus name or provide inaccurate or false details will be deemed ineligible as an entrant and have their entry disqualified.

Once an entrant has submitted their entry and had their submission details posted on our GREEK GIVEAWAY Entrants Page, they may be voted for by registered Members as being the HEAVENLY HEARTS' 2006 Couple Of The Year.

What is 'Couple Of The Year'?

'Couple Of The Year' is two persons who are in a loving, continuing, heterosexual relationship with each other and whose relationship story is one that is anything from the romantic to the funny to the fortuitous to the down-to-earth to the outright outrageous! There is no strict formula for making a couple stand-out in someone's imagination as being THE couple of the year. What we are looking for is a couple who have come together in such a way that it makes others stand-up and take notice; a couple whose story is individual and interesting; a couple who can openly share their experience with others in both words and pictures; a couple to whom being together means everything; a couple who have overcome mountains to be together and plan on staying together:

At HEAVENLY HEARTS there are many stories of how two people have come together. Many of these wonderful, uplifting, inspiring and special stories never get told. They are known to us, but to no-one else. Well, now we are giving all our valued customers and clients the opportunity to tell the world their special story - and win a special prize for it!

Voting

All registered Members of HEAVENLY HEARTS may cast only one vote each. Voting will commence at midday 1st August, 2006 and conclude at midnight 31st August, 2006 (Eastern Australia Time).

The HEAVENLY HEARTS GREEK GIVEAWAY ends at midnight 31st August, 2006
(Eastern Australia Time).

Those entrants who receive the greatest number of votes will be declared the winner. If there is a 'tie' in the number of votes, HEAVENLY HEARTS will initiate a 'tie breaker'. The details of this 'tie breaker' will be announced if a situation involving a tied number of votes eventuates.

The Winning Couple

The winning couple of the GREEK GIVEAWAY will be announced and be notified of their win on 3rd September, 2006. In the event that the winning couple declines the prize, they cannot be contacted or have to forfeit the prize due to any eventuating circumstance, the couple with the next highest number of votes will be awarded the prize in their place. The winning couple must nominate dates between 20th September, 2006 and 20th October, 2006 in which to redeem their prize. If the winning couple fails to redeem their prize by 20th October, it will be forfeited. The prize may not be redeemed for money or sold to another person. As accommodation in Greece is always highly sought after, the earlier that accommodation arrangements are made, the better. All accommodation is subject to availability.
